I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2013. After completing my acute rotations in Poole hospital I found my passion in Intermediate care. I have been with Poole Intermediate care for seven years. Two years ago I was promoted to Therapy Team Leader. I am interested in change and new ways of working within the NHS. I am passionate about supporting my team and encouraging development, whilst ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.
